Position Summary

The Clinician Operations Leader will build and operate a leadership team responsible for the management and performance of Signify’s nationwide network of ~5000 clinicians. This role will ensure strong performance of the network, including but not limited to: building an empowered capable leadership team accountable for the formulation and execution of strategic and operational plans, delivery of company commitments, expectations, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational excellence across delivery of the Signify’s full suite of services via our clinician workforce, and development of a clinician focused, member-obsessed culture of engaged, dynamic operators.

This role will lead and oversee the vision, strategy, and execution of building our leadership teams over a nationwide clinician network. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong track record of innovation and success in scaling large, nationwide leadership teams.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
