Your Responsibilities
As a Supply Management Specialist- Order Fulfilment Process for John Deere Davenport Works working in Davenport, IA, you will:
- Develop, build, and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance
- Convey clear and concise information to cross functional representatives (quality, manufacturing, operations, etc.)
- Optimize purchased part inventory levels to meet factory asset and delivery goals

What Skills You Need
- 2 or more years of Supply Management/Operations experience
- 2 or more years of experience with SAP
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to root cause & drive corrective action
- Knowledge of unit processes and operations
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%

- Cross-functional work experience in areas such as operations, manufacturing, material flow, supply management
- Demonstrated management of multiple projects at one time
- Experience leading teams through complex problem solving
- Knowledge of the order fulfillment forecasting process

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, or equivalent related work experience
