Deputy Manager - Casting development

•    Work closely with PMPS verticals to support for new product development activities, ensuring timely pattern/ die development for steel and CI Casting.
•    Send RFQ, Obtain Quotations from foundry suppliers for all new patterns, dies, negotiation of optimum prices. 
•    Making PCS and getting approvals as per Authority matrix
•    Participation with QM for Quality audit and Onboarding of new suppliers in Casting category
•    Coordinate and visit suppliers for the development of castings and follow up till regular production starts
•    Resolve technical issues in development by involving QM and PMPS
•    Development of Investment Casting items as per the requirement
•    Market bench marking periodically on price level of Foundries in different region
•    Ensure development and sourcing projects are delivered on time and within budget
•    Resolve supply chain disruptions, Major quality issues, delivery concerns quickly and effectively. 
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic and bottleneck suppliers in Casting category. 
•    Engagement of supplier and stake holders to Develop Casting sources based on the need / requirement from plant
