That’s where you come in!</p><p>We’re looking for an <b>HR Operational Specialist </b>with the focus on Payroll to join our <b>HR Operations </b><b>team</b>. This is not a finance-driven payroll role instead, you’ll focus on the human side of payroll, making sure employees are paid correctly, on time, and in line with Dutch labor laws. You’ll also play a key role in identifying payroll-related issues through employee interactions and ensuring all payroll mutations are processed smoothly.</p><p></p><p>Whether you're early in your career and looking to build your payroll expertise, or already experienced and seeing an international environment, this role offers plenty of growth opportunities.</p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>As an <b>HR Operational Specialist</b>, you’ll spend around 60% of your time managing payroll for employees across multiple countries, with a primary focus on the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with internal finance partners, external payroll providers, internal HR teams, and employees to ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and seamless.
