The retirement plan consultant is a critical part of the retirement plan solutions team with Mariner Wealth Advisors, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. The successful consultant will be professional, caring, and genuinely demonstrate the highest level of client service.

Responsibilities
Manage new client implementation process
Provide a high level of support to Advisors, Consultants and clients
Prepare and maintain client documentation
Generate quarterly reporting
o Prepare client investment analysis and reviews
o Communicate with Advisors and Service team
o Prepare investment policy statements
Provide information for plan fee benchmarking
Development of Education Plan including enrollment meetings, education meetings and written communications
Data entry each quarter for assigned book of business
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Corporate retirement plan experience preferred
Open to a variety of experience levels, experience with investments a plus

Skills and Knowledge
Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional, proactive client service
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effective client relationships
Strong PC proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Outlook
Deadline oriented with a desire to take initiative and add value in order to create a better client experience
Ability to organize time and perform tasks with minimal direction
Able to work in a team environment
