The Opportunity: 

Plancha Food & Beverage Assistant Manager 

  

Who We Look For: 

We are looking for an individual who can fulfill a leadership role at our picturesque lakeside, boldly flavored Cuban-American cuisine and golf house restaurant, Plancha.  

 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee operations of Plancha, including service standards as well as new club member relations components 

• Ensure future success of the entire operation through inspirational leadership that drive continual improvement, innovativeness and manager/employee development 

• Focus on expansion of private club membership and retention through positive membership relations, successful financial management and increased community relations in conjunction with the private residences of Golden Oak and Four Seasons Residences at Walt Disney World Resort 

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Display a strong track record for employee relations and development of both managers and employees 

• Possess outstanding communication skills that improve team performance and teamwork  

• Have strong financial acumen, team building skills, and attention to standards of service 

• Prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations 

• Experience in event development for increased club membership relations  

• Golf/club knowledge is preferred, but not required 

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 

• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
