Responsibilities

Position Summary:The Jr. Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic and creative professional who will support the company’s marketing efforts by managing various initiatives that strengthen brand presence, enhance communication strategies, and promote business growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, creating compelling content, and facilitating marketing campaigns that support strategic goals. The Jr. Marketing Coordinator will also be instrumental in event planning, design, and public relations efforts.

 

Responsibilities:• Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns, schedule purposeful content, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to drive audience growth and engagement.• Website Maintenance: Update and enhance the company website with relevant information, news, and resources to keep it dynamic and user-friendly.• Brand Development: Design and maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and other promotional content.• Event Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for corporate events and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photographs of job sites and internal events. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and internal project teams to produce deliverables that align with and support marketing campaigns.• Industry Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and media coverage of the company and its affiliated brands to identify opportunities and address mentions proactively.• Support Business Development: Assist the Business Development team with additional tasks and initiatives, adapting to evolving responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) is preferred.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams.• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively.• Flexibility to travel to job sites and occasionally work evening hours.• An interest in learning about the construction industry.

 

Reports To: VP, Business DevelopmentBusiness Unit: Business DevelopmentLocation: Farmingdale, NY

Hourly Rate of Pay: $27.00 to $31.00 comensurate with experience
