We have an opportunity to join the Vestas Group FP&amp;A team, located in Copenhagen. </b></p> <p><br/> <b>Group Financial Performance &gt; Financial Planning &amp; Performance &gt; Financial Planning</b><br/> The departments main purpose is to ensure continuous financial performance focus through transparent reporting and value focused recommendations for Vestas senior management. <br/> The department serves as a natural hub between Vestas' senior leadership and the business areas' Financial Performance management teams, thus you will be working with senior stakeholders across the full Vestas value chain in the pursuit of continuous performance improvement and delivering on the Group's strategic plans.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>In this role you will be Finance lead in Vestas Strategy Process and drive Long Term Financial value creation in Vestas</li> <li>You will further in this capacity develop and own the team's Long Term Financial Model (Anaplan application) and engage in developing the Group's Capital Allocation governance</li> <li>A natural extension is also the involvement in defining the Group's incentive programs to ensure targets are aligned to strategic priorities near and long term</li> <li>Finally, you will serve as back up for other team members on recurring 18-month Rolling Forecasting &amp; Reporting activities (P&amp;L and Cashflow/Balance) and be involved in Cross functional tasks</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>We expect you to have solid experience with planning process ownership - understanding the interaction between financial planning and operational planning - preferably with experience from working in an IBP environment</li> <li>Further, good understanding of P&amp;L; Balance sheet &amp; Cash flow accounting in combination with passion for Performance Management are prerequisites for excelling in this role</li> <li>Ideally, you have 5+ years experience from a FP&amp;A function in a an international company</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Competencies </b></p> <ul> <li>Your personal competencies include drive for performance in own and the team's deliverables and strong accountability for the team's tasks</li> <li>You have strong business acumen and a drive for shareholder value creation across the value chain - towards peers in Finance and other key functions</li> <li>You have passion and curiosity to understand Vestas value chain - and using this as entry gate to build network</li> <li>Lastly, we expect you to exercise strong communication and stakeholder management skills - ensuring alignment across functions and capable of engaging with senior leadership in Vestas</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What we offer</b><br/> We offer you an challenging job, a strategic role with excellent professional and personal development opportunities in an inspiring, international work environment at an established manufacturer of wind turbines.
