This position is seasonal and goes from May 15th – Mid-September.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Knowledge of food and beverage menu and bar menu.

· Request or take orders from members and serving members quickly and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the manager and kitchen.
• Prepares Pool Deck & Patio and work area for either opening or closing in accordance with club standards.
• Ensures responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding and consumption.
• Follows daily checklists and side work. Set-ups, stocks and breakdown of service. Completes all assigned cleaning duties.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Full time & part time available.
• Serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours, days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read and understand English.
• Must pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time outside and inside.
• Ability to work in difficult weather conditions including heat, rain, and humidity.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Compensation:

This position is part-time offered at $18 per hour plus service charge pool.

• Sick pay up to 48 hours a year - accrued based on hours worked
