The Senior Financial Analyst – Hospital will be responsible for providing analytical insights, financial planning and modelling to Haemonetics. You will have the opportunity to work closely with business partners to support high-quality, data-led decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Commercial teams to build Financial Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, and Strategic Plans
Offer revenue analysis and insights to help leaders and business partners drive growth and increase market share, including analyzing business trends, identifying profit opportunities, and collaborate closely collaboration with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
Review interim results during monthly close. Ensure that reclasses and accrual entries are executed as needed.
Communicate insights and analysis to various levels of management and sales teams with the goal of providing clarity on drivers of operating performance and impact of key commercial strategies
Support annual sales goals development and analyze/track performance. Work collaboratively with Sales Operations team to accomplish territory goals
Manage budget for supporting functions including headcount and variable expenses
Lead special projects such as business development support, customer specific analysis, division or regional analysis, and requests as appropriate.
Be a thought leader in automation. Leverage tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Databricks to drive automation in reporting and forecasting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, including revenue related analysis.
High analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills while managing multiple priorities.
Must possess strong business analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to identify, interpret, and transform raw data sets into meaningful and actionable solutions
Demonstrated proficiency in using multiple data sources to draw inferences/conclusions and communicate those findings effectively
Drive for accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver within tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically coupled with working in a logical and structured way
Open and flexible attitude with the ability to execute tasks within deadlines
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required
Experience in building dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Sisense, etc
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems (Hyperion/Oracle EPBCS preferred)
Good knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
Medical device industry experience, preferred
Pay Transparency:
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
