ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The HR Advisor will play an integral role collaborating and assisting the HR Business Partner across
different functions in the organization.
You will be an integral part of the Human Resources team during a transformational time, working
closely with peers and the Centers of Excellence across HR (COEs). You'll be on the front line of
partnering with the business. You will be a crucial member of the HR community providing
assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies,
programs and practices.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- First line manager support
- Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with employees
- Monitoring metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover.
- Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
- Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal
- systems)
- Designing and helping implement company policies
- Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
- Mobility/Visa Immigration
- Country policy updates and communications
- Program delivery support
- Cross country & functional project implementation
Experience
3 - 6 Years of ExperienceCOMPENSATION: THIS SECTIONS PERTAINS TO COLORADO APPLICANTS ONLY
Salary range of $75,000 to $101,250 Per annum
Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
