Description

Assist supervisor in monitoring production personnel, equipment, and materials. Assist in communicating production priorities and procedures. Provide assistance on production lines in problem areas.

Essential Functions

. Identify material required for next run and ensure availability.

. Assist supervisor in identifying required personnel assignments and monitors for effectiveness.

. Identifies equipment set up and assist supervisor in communication process.

. Monitors product to ensure acceptable quality throughout the process.

. Assist supervisor with training.

. Make checks of production equipment before, during and end of the shift. Other duties as assigned. 

Skills/Qualifications

Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions along with basic math skills.

Ability to work in and operate equipment in Curing and RRP department.

Minimum 6 months previous experience

Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
