MRI Assistant

Description

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing quality diagnostic MRI studies in a safe environment along with providing excellent customer service to Resurgens MRI patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

· Preparation of room

· Screening of patients and all others entering the MRI area

· Arriving patients in Resurgens’ computer system(s)

· Assist with arthrogram procedures

· Check-in/check-out patients

· Other duties may be assigned by MRI management

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High School diploma or equivalent is required.

· Excellent communication and customer service

· CPR certified

· Safety review

SKILLS/ABILITIES

· Basic Computer skills

· Outstanding patient care skills required

· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
