Manager, CVS Project Associate

The Manager, Project Associates will support the Portfolio organization by mentoring and managing our Project Associates within the Portfolio team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Project Associates who provide administrative support and leadership on a variety of implementation projects. 
• Continue to lead and manage a portfolio of projects. 
• Ability to address and mitigate clients and people management issues to drive success and profitability within Portfolio. 
• Provide continuous guidance and mentoring to Project Associates. 
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and project success. 
• Be an innovator for the team and promote new process improvement ideas. 
• Ability to continue to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects. 

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required. 
• 2+ year of experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT professional  
• services or software industry.  
• Very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management and multi-tasking skills. 
• Excellent people management skills and strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks. 
• Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying work styles and work schedules. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) required, Salesforce, Workday, Smartsheets, and/or SharePoint experience a plus.
