Significance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics/Security Analyst to join our team in Dayton, OH. This position will be required to be onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, Four (4) days a week with one remote day and requires an Active Secret Clearance.
As a Senior Logistics/Security Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, sustaining, modernizing, and transforming Logistics IT systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection operations. This role involves evaluating current logistics systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing advanced technologies to optimize Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection processes. The Logistics / Security Forces Systems Analyst will conduct detailed system analyses, develop requirements, and design solutions that align with organizational goals. Key duties include maintaining and upgrading existing logistics systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system integration and interoperability. Additionally, the Logistics / Security Forces Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, provide technical support, and deliver training to end-users. Supports the development of acquisition documentation, schedules, and funding estimates.

Required Skills
- Assist the Combat Arms Program Manager with Munitions management, Combat Arms management, and small arms/light weapons (SA/LW) management.
- Assist the Munitions User Functional Manager (MUFM) for the Security Forces functional community with munitions management business practices. This includes: Be knowledgeable of appropriate documents to derive munitions requirements for their functional area. Analyze data and validate the munitions forecasts and allocations. Assist the subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for all issues regarding ground munitions, SA/LW, and the use of non- lethal munitions for all functional areas.
- Assist in providing guidance and management to unit level combat arms sections who instruct and qualify AF personnel on SA/LW marksmanship and fundamentals.
- Assist in authoring AF SA/LW qualification training programs, procedures, and guidance.
- Draft electronic staff summary sheets (e-SSS) and prepare emails ready to send (EMRS) IAW the existing MUFM template.
