Breen & Sullivan Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a high energy Electrical and Generator Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in our Project Department team. The Electrical and Generator Project Coordinator will coordinate and manage electrical and generator projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Electrical and Generator Project Coordinator Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual who consistently takes personal initiative to advance company goals
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly MS Word and Excel
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills with customers, department personnel, and other company staff
• Tact and empathy to professionally handle sensitive customer concerns
• Must be able to communicate the basics of technical tasks and problems as described by customers to the service technicians

Electrical and Generator Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Field incoming service calls and customer inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate service; direct and dispatch technicians
• Research and resolve customer issues tactfully and professionally
• Assist in leading the project team and operate as the “hub” that coordinates the technician and parts resources to meet customers’ needs
• Set up future projects and service calls
