Job Description:
Engineer's Platform & Integrate Experience (EPiX) aims to10x our engineers’ productivity & efficiency, and make JPMC the most attractive engineering destination for engineers. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager within EPiX, you will manage complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for customers, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture – namely, how can technology help engineers create value faster - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, drive alignment across teams, and deliver results. In this role you will work closely with Product, Engineering, User Research & Design, and other cross-functional teams across the firm to identify opportunities and drive impact. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that programs are running effectively and efficiently. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
At a minimum you have:
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in running technology programs at scale
We prefer:
- Experience in developer platforms and tools
- Ability to lead & organize complex initiatives at scale
- A strong bias for action, and collaborative spirit
- Managing various aspects of a program including scope definition & alignment, program governance & reporting, delivery & risk management, quarterly & annual planning, and stakeholder management across various levels of the organization
- Establishing processes & tools that are effective and efficient for the program and everyone involved
- Exercising independent judgement in identifying and resolving issues that impede progress
- Being a change agent and in helping teams transform from output to outcome mindset
- Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence
- Working with highly technical platform teams that enable customers at a large scale
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum framework to delivering customer outcomes
