In this role, your primary responsibilities include staying abreast of the used vehicle market, knowledge of in-lane and online auctions, reviewing vehicle condition reports and displaying a solid understanding of vehicle reconditioning costs while acquiring inventory for Carvana.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct reviews and analysis of vehicle condition reports to select the most desirable inventory for Carvana.</li> <li>Perform quality evaluations of vehicles to ensure accurate optioning during CR review.</li> <li>Understand reconditioning costs and the impact to a vehicle’s quality.</li> <li>Acquire vehicle inventory through online auctions.</li> <li>Assist with various individual or collaborative projects as needed and follow up after completion.</li> <li>Multi-task in a high energy, fast paced work environment while always looking for ways to improve processes.</li> <li>Analyze market data and identify trends to mitigate risk.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you should know</strong></p> <p>The qualifying candidate must be analytically-oriented, demonstrate an interest in the automotive industry, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, organized, self-motivated, w
