Schedule: Full time Day shift (40hrs per week)

Work Locations: Serving Washington and Oregon Gorge region

Job Description:

The CNA Aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License 
• 2 years Experience (exception would be a nursing student with current CNA).
• Experience using electronic medical record software.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
