We're seeking a Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
● Graphic Design
● Creating Worksheets
● Creating workbooks
● Creating Templates
● Creating blog posts with graphics
● Designing Invitations
● Follow Client’s color pallet and vision
● Sending created work to clients and potential clients

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
● Proficient in Canva: Demonstrated ability to utilize Canva to create a wide range of professional-quality designs.
● Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere: Ability to use Adobe Premiere for basic video editing tasks, such as creating short promotional clips or social media videos.
● Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: Familiarity with using a CRM system (preferably HubSpot) for managing client communications and tracking interactions.
● Strong understanding of design principles: Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
● Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to interpret and implement client feedback effectively.
● A portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work.
