Jobbeskrivning

1)The aim of Issue Convergence Eng. on different tasks to guarantee all EE deliverables on time, is the

follow:

- EE issues management on daily basis.

- To be in relation with Tech Analyst to guarantee the right triage of all incoming issues

(preliminary issues analysis)

- To drives all the actions that ensure the issues will be fixed on time: sanity check of the issue

record, analysis, solution, assignment to the right stakeholder, validation.

- To be in relation with SQX Quality Team to assess issues gravity.

2) Description of the Deliverables with corresponding due dates and forecast volumes

The supplier will need to provide the outputs mentioned below finalized per assigned tools and

according to the agreed tool development plan that will also include the frequency of the reports. The

workload will be estimated per assigned tool.

Deliverables:

- Issue- low-medium-severity

• Acceptance / take charge of the issue, involvement of the function, action plan within 1week.
• Completion of diagnosis in confirmed state, definition of root cause or recovery plan within 2 weeks. 
• Issue- High severity (Blocking issue)
• Acceptance / take charge of the issue, involvement of the function, action plan within 2 days.
• Completion of diagnosis, definition of root cause or recovery plan within 5 days.
• The supplier must provide qualitatively high outputs, according to the responsibility within the deadlines defined with agile and collaborative approach.                                                             
• Description of the indicators of progress of the Deliverables
• Every weeks it is scheduled a joint review to inspect the percentage of readiness of the deliverables.

Kvalifikationer

• EE technical automotive background with knowledge of EHE vehicle architecture, EHE

  System/ Subsystem, EHE Component requirements.

• Knowledge of vehicle communication protocol (Can, Lin)

• Knowledge of Vector acquisition software (Canalyzer)

• knowledge of Canalyzer or CANoe, Dianalyzer, Windows O.S.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

• Ability to work using different STLA tools; CODEP / PLM - Team Center, Enovia), / ECR / ODM

• Knowledge of JIRA, Polarion, MS Project

• Problem Solving and Issue Management skill

• Project management skills

• Team working skill, ability to support/consult work teams and teach.

• Good communication / presentation skills (written and spoken)

• Accountability, proactivity, autonomy, target orientation, , aptitude for problem solving are

  required

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
