Job Summary
As a Business Development Support Specialist, your role will be to support our Business Development Officer and manage key new account processes for the Springfield and Oklahoma markets.
This role is responsible for handling the account opening process for all new accounts in these markets, performing a variety of administrative tasks, and providing receptionist coverage as needed.

 

Job Duties
Manage and complete the account opening process for all new business accounts in the Springfield and Oklahoma markets.
Assist the Business Development Officer with daily administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and document preparation.
Maintain organized records of business development activities and customer data.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Provide professional receptionist coverage including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing front desk operations.
Support special projects and marketing efforts as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a business development role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
