PAID INTERNSHIP - Application Development

Position Summary:

The goal of this project is to analyze the usage patterns and user feedback for our global internal application. The intern will survey international users, compile insights on their interactions with the app, identify their needs related to in-store surveys, and propose enhancements. Collaborating with the development team, the intern will create a release plan for implementing user-requested features.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user and technical analysis, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to enhancing our internal application for an international user base.

Essential Job Functions:   

User Survey and Analysis: 

• Conduct surveys among international users of our internal global application.
• Gather insights on how users interact with the app, their pain points, and feature preferences.
• Analyze survey data to identify trends and user needs.

Report Development: 

• Create a comprehensive report detailing user behavior, preferences, and feedback.
• Highlight areas where the application excels and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on user input.

Feature Enhancement Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize user-requested features.
• Work closely with product managers, users, and developers to define feature requirements.
• Assist in creating a roadmap for application updates and enhancements.

Release Planning: 

• Participate in release planning sessions.
• Help prioritize feature releases based on user impact and business goals.
• Contribute to defining release timelines and milestones.

Position Requirements: 

Technical Skills: 

• Web Development: Familiarity with .NET and Angular for analyzing the application web portal.
• Mobile Development: Basic awareness of iOS app development and API integration.
• Database Management: Exposure to Azure SQL or similar databases.
• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret survey data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Communication and Collaboration: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders.

Problem-Solving and Adaptability: 

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Pay Rate: $16/hr
