The Sr. Visual Designer, part of the Brand Creative team and reporting to the Associate Creative Director, is responsible for developing impactful and strategic visuals for the Genesys brand. This role will collaborate closely with Product and Strategy teams to create bespoke designs, helping to evolve the Genesys brand and our design systems. This role will also contribute to the development of brand and design libraries used by other designers and the wider Genesys enterprise. With a keen eye for aesthetics and branding consistency, the Senior Visual Designer will ensure uniformity across all platforms and materials, supporting the overall Brand and Creative Design teams.

Role Details:

• Create visually appealing and effective designs, visuals and templates that elevate the Genesys brand.
• Act as liaison with other graphic designers and support their understanding and implementation of the brand guidelines, ensuring strategic and technical consistency.
• Support the brand library and template building in key tools in our Design tech stack: Figma, Adobe CC programs, and Bynder
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
• Bring your creative concepts to life across various mediums, including motion graphics and static design.

Software & tools in the Brand team’s tech stack and workflows:

• Figma
• Adobe CC. Proficiency: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Bonus: After Effects, Premiere
• Bynder
• Asana
• Microsoft PPT
• Sharepoint
• Simpplr

Role Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant design experience
• Advanced proficiency in key design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
• Proven ability to lead strategic design projects from concept to execution, with a precise eye for detail
• Ability to visualize complex technical content and transform it into visually compelling marketing materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and world class activations.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$84,250.00 - $165,350.00
