Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Job Details:

For our Full-Time Night Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for Full-Time hours a week to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour nights. Pay differential is included.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.
• Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide excellent care! 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of 
• 1 year experience as an LPN preferred
• Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC
• Ability to pass a background check
• BLS Certification
