Finance Manager, Consolidations

What is this role?
As the Finance Manager for Cirkul this role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a key area of growth for the company.  You’ll be a member of a strategic and enterprising team that’s responsible for ensuring accuracy of financial data and the analysis of metrics which drive management decision making. Financial analysis experience is required, with experience in forecasting and financial information systems (i.e. consolidations) is strongly preferred.

Our ideal candidate is motivated, eager and passionate about accounting and financial reporting as  disciplines and excited to grow professionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strong communicator with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, this person should also be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a strategic team.

What background should you have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA and/or CMA a plus
• Minimum 4 years managing financial data, forecasting and/or consolidations experience preferred
• Prior experience managing a financial information system preferred
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) - financial modeling and Prophix 
  experience a plus
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
