Sr. Financial Analyst

The FP&A team manages all budgeting, forecasting and headcount management across the organization and worldwide. The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A. The team is responsible for forecasting and tracking Revenue, Opex, Headcount and Capex at a company, region, and customer level. This role will also work closely with our ERP partner to ensure system accuracy and improve capability.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be focusing on Opex and Headcount forecasting, reporting and analysis as well as overall P&L consolidation and profitability analysis. This is to ensure an optimal investment strategy is in place to hit our long term topline growth objectives.

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with a cross section of teams to collect data.
  • Tracking headcount and spend, consolidate results, and prepare accurate and timely financial reporting of results
  • Assisting with monthly OpEx/Headcount forecasting, close and reporting processes for the analyt’s scope of responsibility.
  • Enhancing visibility to resource deployment and spend envelopes
  • Assisting in monthly reporting process by looking at actuals vs budget, variance analysis and trends
  • Help lead the improvement of the ERP system and as well as release management and testing
  • Assist with potential M&A due diligence and pro-forma P&L’s

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 4-6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Have demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Prioritize workloads with a high level of accuracy in a dynamic environment
  • Be able to spot trends in financial data to use in future forecasts
  • Be proactive and have a sense of urgency
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Be curious and want to learn
  • Be comfortable with change as the business continues to grow and evolve
