Patient Referral and Medical Records Coordinator

Description

Grand Peaks Medical is seeking a long-term, dependable patient referral and medical records coordinator to join our amazing team! This full-time position works in our St. Anthony Clinic. This position has the primary responsibility of closing referral loops and fulfilling medical records requests. Wage DOE and excellent benefits are available for full-time and reduced benefits are available for part-time positions as well, including 401K retirement plan. Requirements

 Applicants must pass a criminal background check and have EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING in a medical office or healthcare setting. Must be a team player who is able to work well with other staff in a high-paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is preferred. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with providers and patients to make informed referral decisions. Must be available for 36 consecutive months of full-time employment working full-time 40 hours per week. Please send a complete RESUME with REFERENCES.
