• Manage and improve day-to-day Safety operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations.
• Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.
• Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
• Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users.
• Develop a deep understanding of Safety issues and how it affects our community.
• Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation.
• Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology, Consulting, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted.
• Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

• 4. Project management

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
