Our goal is to provide a springboard for launching a successful career at The Walt Disney Company.

The Product Strategy and Planning Internship is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions).

Upon completion of the internship, interns have potential to be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2027.

Currently seeking undergraduate juniors heading into their senior year, fall 2026.

The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL. 

During the internship, from May to August 2026, participants will:

  • Focus previous experiences on strategic and analytical related work
  • Work on a project that will impact the business
  • Develop key technical and leadership skills
  • Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
     

Responsibilities

  • Commercial development of emerging businesses
  • Competitive analysis and planning for Disney Cruise Line
  • Member Analytics and Product Development for Disney Vacation Club

Required Qualifications & Skills

Please apply if you have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively (verbally and visually)
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and activities
  • Enjoys analyzing data and solving sophisticated problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work on a fast-paced, flexible team
  • Resourceful when given new challenges
  • Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Tableau

Education

  • Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2026) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program
  • Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information 

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below: 

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship  
  • Be at least 18 years of age  
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization  
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
