Job Description

We @ AA are responsible for the worldwide Automotive Aftermarket business within Bosch. In more than 150 countries, our 13,000 employees supply customers in trade and workshops with vehicle and commercial vehicle spare parts, modern diagnostic and workshop technology & software for diagnosis and service training. In addition, the Automotive Aftermarket is responsible for the “Bosch Service” workshop concepts, one of the world's largest independent workshop chains.

The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket division for over 40 years.

• You will be a part of a dynamic team to provide Business Intelligence solutions to accelerate data driven business across different projects and reporting domains.
• Additionally, you will be focusing on our reporting processes, data strategies, data architecture and design principles, automation, preparation of management reports to the Board and Business Units.
• You will be part of an international and cross-functional team, developing customer-oriented digital and scalable worldwide solutions with focus on data.
• Furthermore, you want to understand and analyze data in combination with business needs to generate business value. You also see creating something new as a chance to learn and improve.
• In addition, you are asked to implement reliable digital worldwide data services to improve AA’s effectiveness in a growing digital business environment. Your strong communication skills are an asset when dealing with our internal customers.
• Lastly, you are preparing dashboards with an easy-to-understand storyline with the use of Power BI. You can communicate target oriented to different audiences including the Board of Management.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in information technology, economics or a comparable subject with business background
• Experience and Knowledge: Python, SQL and Power BI are more than buzzwords to you and you have experience in data analysis, data architecture, preparing and automation of data reporting - from either your studies or work experience; Cross functional know-how (controlling, production, logistic and marketing) is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured and self-organized way of working; You are intercultural and open-minded, agile, analytical, proactive, result- and solution-oriented; You have strong communication and presentation skills, ability to create clear and compelling lines of argument and storylines with focus on solution and execution
• Enthusiasm: You have passion for innovations in digital topics; you have a strong interest in understanding our customers (Bosch business units and governance departments), their demands and opportunities
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
