Beverage Server

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner. 

Keep area in a clean and orderly manner. 

Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations to include visible intoxication.  

Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers. 

Knowledge of all bar equipment, and use of POS system. 

Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication. 

Ability to communicate with all departments and fellow employees. 

Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling 

Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.  

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information 

Follow company and department policies and procedures. 

Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

High school diploma, GED, and comparable experience preferred. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Able to obtain a state gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card. 

Ability to stand for extended periods of time. 

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.  

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

Must be able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, and crowds. 

Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
