Description
This is a bilingual position. The Administrative Assistant serves as a receptionist for the program to receive phone calls, visitors, and vendors. Under the direct supervision of the Center Director, performs a variety of secretarial functions for the building from routine matters to those requiring specific computer, clerical, mathematical, and statistical skills. Is responsible to maintain building supplies and machines, complete and assist in keeping classroom and building reports current, maintain staff training logs and assist scheduling building inspections. Will be required to assist supervisors, teaching staff, nurse and family service staff.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Office experience preferred. Bilingual Required.
