Manages the quality outcomes of Oracle Health managed services business processes.
- Provides contract management oversight and business development support of Oracle Health managed services.
- Develops, communicates, and advises the organization on new business proposals.
- Facilitates quoting process and contract scope review.
- Supports processes to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, and Sales, to support accurate and timely delivery of business development actions. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze new business requirements in support of pricing analysis and contract development. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deal structure. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
This role is a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and coordinating with others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize and display data in spreadsheet format involving follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills desired and 6+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
