We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SAP Master Data and Process Support Analyst to manage the creation of master data for Repsol North America companies in SAP. The successful candidate will work closely with business units (Eagle Ford, Marcellus, Guyana, Exploration, etc.), to gather, review, and complete the requests. SAP Master data plays a critical role in all Repsol’s transactions, affecting crucial areas of the company such as budgeting, recording, and reporting cost in every phase of oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Master Data requests received via SharePoint and mailboxes.  

• Create JOAs, JV, cost centers, projects (WBSs/AFEs), profit centers, well ids, etc.

• Create asset under construction, final asset, TECO projects, and update settlement rules as needed.

• Update project hierarchy as needed.

• Communicate with business units to ensure compliance with all Repsol policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Work with IT to complete templates for mass loads, validating data in testing environment prior to mass load in production.

• Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of all master data requests.

• Support project work as needed.

• Assist with master data requests for USA Repsol companies in other SAP machines.

• Serve as a backup for roles responsible for month-end processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business Administration or Computer Science.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP master data management, creation, and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects, fields, and dependencies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to participate in multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.
