Field System Engineer - 压缩机

What You’ll Be Doing

 Improve customer experience by provide excenllent Danfoss oil free compressor service to to support business growth

• Support sales for after sales techinical support to indicated OEMs;
• Provide professional technical support to customers including service training, trouble shooting, maintenance etc. throughout the entire life cycle of Danfoss products;
• Quick response for customer's after sales technical issue with online and site support;
• Collection and report on product quality, market application etc. information to support product improvement;
• Keep update oil free compressor aftersales service knowhow and troubleshooting database;
• Build and maintain customer relationships,understand cutomers needs and enhance customer satisfaction;
• Manage service partners and lead the team to achieve continuous service business growth;

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years in HVAC field, Centrifugal and oil free compressor design and sevvice experience is preferred
• Bachelor or above
• Fluent spoken/written English skill
• Good at communication
• Frequent business travel
