Contractor Recruiter/Senior Recruiter – Campus
Simon-Kucher is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a full life cycle recruiter, responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
The Recruiter/Senior Recruiter will play an instrumental role in developing relationships across all levels of the organization and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate selection experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Campus Recruiting, this role will primarily focus on attracting and hiring entry level talent from campus to support the firm’s continued growth

- Own end-to-end campus recruiting for assigned schools, including internships and entry-level full-time roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty partners
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality early-career talent
- Plan and lead campus events such as info sessions, career fairs, networking events, and interview days
- Manage candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview logistics with TA and hiring teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to align on role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., applicant flow, conversion rates, offer acceptance) to inform strategy
- Support offer processes, including offer extensions, negotiations, and candidate closing
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recommendations
- Previous 3+ years of campus recruiting experience, preferably within professional services or consulting.
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and workforce planning initiatives.
- Screen and evaluate high volumes of resumes to identify top talent aligned with role requirements and organizational needs.
- Manage candidate progression through all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track applicant progress, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Leverage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake, Instagram) to promote opportunities and engage early-career talent.
- Support employer branding efforts by sharing content related to campus events, firm culture, and early-career programs.
