Job Description

• Build, grow and lead our EMEA team to support our local sales activities
• Hit revenue targets according to the regional goals; own all sales KPIs and quarterly/annual sales targets
• Own and manage the entire strategic sales process from top to bottom building and implementing the sales strategy for the region
• Work closely with the team to generate leads and develop and optimize messaging
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current clients and new prospects, focusing on strategic partners
• Identify and engage with potential partners, set them up for success with the Wix platform and work closely with them to grow our joint customer base
• Be the focal point of all EMEA market knowledge

Qualifications

• You’re a motivated sales executive with 10+ years of sales and leadership experience 
• You’ve experience building and leading high performing SaaS sales teams in Europe
• Your excellent sales skills and the ability to lead by example are evident in everything you do
• You’re a master networker who can establish relationships to create and drive new business opportunities
• You’re a results-driven, competitive, and hungry sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•  You know how to create open and effective communication channels with both your team and our partners
•  You take ownership and you believe in growing your team members through guidance and empowerment
