You will be a key to define and enforce team quality standards, including strategies, testing methods, tools, and frameworks.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>You would also:</span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Monitor quality over time and drive QA culture within the cross-functional development team.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Oversee and ensure efficient functional testing during the software development cycle.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Automate regression testing to reduce manual effort.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Define and follow up on performance testing (backend and frontend) for optimal user experience.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Define and follow up on load testing and security tool findings to meet standards.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Coach QA engineers for continuous improvement and conduct testing and debugging as needed.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions, while remaining adaptable in an agile environment.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span>The skills and experience you need</span></b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>We are looking for someone who:</span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Has 3+ years of experience as a quality assurance lead or from a relevant role.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Has experience with test automation</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Has a great understanding of software testing and debugging best practices</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Is proficient in English to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Has experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and working in cross-functional teams</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span><span>The ideal candidate is a reliable and trustworthy individual with a proven track record of getting things done.
