Experienced Staff Accountant (2–5 Years) | Full-Cycle Accounting Role with Career Growth

This is a high-impact, hands-on accounting role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of key financial processes, contribute to process improvements, and grow within an established yet rapidly evolving company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Accounting – Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple business entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

• Month-End Close – Lead and execute elements of the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Financial Reporting – Prepare and analyze internal financial statements; assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Account Reconciliations – Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations with an eye toward process optimization and control.

• Audit Support – Act as a key liaison during audits, ensuring all schedules and documentation are accurate and complete.

• Accounts Payable Oversight – Support and review AP transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Process Improvement – Proactively identify and implement enhancements to accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with other departments (e.g., operations, HR, and clinic managers) to support company-wide financial initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting only.

• Experience – 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in multi-entity environments or healthcare is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency – Solid understanding of GAAP; proficiency with accounting systems and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

• Independence – Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with limited supervision and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations.

• Communication – Clear, professional communication style—both written and verbal; able to collaborate across teams and levels.
