eCommerce Client Engagement Manager

Are you a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a passion for eCommerce? Our company is seeking an eCommerce Client Engagement Manager to join our team. As an eCommerce Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving eCommerce adoption and utilization through sales teams, clients, prospects, and partners. You will expand eCommerce capabilities, solution offerings, and benefits to our clients through partnership and collaboration with sales teams, clients, and industry research. You will also drive optimization of existing eCommerce solutions to expand utilization and improve overall operational efficiencies, including the management and support of client portals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive eCommerce adoption and utilization through sales teams, clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Expand eCommerce capabilities, solution offerings, and benefits to our clients through partnership and collaboration with sales teams, clients, and industry research.
  • Drive optimization of existing eCommerce solutions to expand utilization and improve overall operational efficiencies, including the management and support of client portals.
  • Establish and monitor key web metrics and implement appropriate tracking tools and processes.
  • Evaluate team operations and processes to track performance, introduce efficiencies, and drive optimization.
  • Lead discussions specific to eCommerce capabilities, benefits, and solutions.
  • Monitor eCommerce metrics and dashboards to stay current on progress to goals.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow marketing managers and senior leaders to execute on the go-to-market strategy with the ultimate goal to increase eCommerce adoption, operational efficiencies, and achieve defined goals/objectives.
  • Manage and empower a dynamic team of talented individuals.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, marketing, sales, or combination of education and experience
  • Strong working knowledge of eCommerce solutions/concepts, e-procurement platforms, online conversion strategies, business-to-business integration solutions, process optimization
  • Experience managing and empowering a team of people
  • Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates as needed
  • Strong understanding of technology industry, customer base, and key industry triggers for scale, demand gen, and customer engagement
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment with sales and marketing teams, clients, partners, marketing stakeholders, and key sales leaders
  • Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills, fast learner
  • Some travel may be required

 

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $100k + Bonus
