Job Description

• Develop and maintain project summary data
• Develop and maintain a plan covering scope, timeline, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain risk and issue registers
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships
• Manage project performance and take appropriate action to drive project to successful completion
• Assist with different activities related to the various projects as needed
• Partner and collaborate with others within the team to assist with various tasks
• Provide technical expertise when required

Qualifications

• Self-driven, self-managing
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Experience communicating services, business, and technical details with accuracy.
• Experience with database extraction and analysis with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other tools  
• Customer and account management experience preferred
• Technical background preferred, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
