JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a clinical professional (RN, MD, APP) with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and a track record in data management and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and EPIC (or similar electronic medical record systems), along with strong public speaking skills for presenting data to diverse audiences. They should possess excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with high-level stakeholders and an aptitude for developing and executing reports, presentations, and detailed process maps. A team-oriented approach, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills are essential, enabling them to foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams while efficiently managing multiple priorities.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

• Education
  Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN), Medicine (MD), or Advanced Practice Provider (APP). 
   

• Experience
  5 years in healthcare, with at least two (2) years of experience in quality, compliance, and/or performance improvement. 
   

Preferred

• Experience
  Familiarity with state and federal regulatory standards and 
  Working knowledge of process improvement techniques, electronic medical record functionality, and data collection methodologies is essential.
