The Senior People Specialist/HR Coordinator is responsible for various tasks to ensure efficient data management, employee benefits consultation, and active participation in People-related projects. This role serves as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Contact model, with a strong focus on monitoring and improving processes, products, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain a customer-centric mindset while delivering on service level agreements (SLAs) and Net Promotor Score (NPS).

What will you be doing:  

• Data management, including entry and correction in internal systems.
• Consultation and administration of employee benefits.
• Participation in People-related projects (e.g., Workday).
• Monitoring and analysis of data for process and product improvement.
• Support HR Administration and compliance with company standards and policies.
• Documentation collection and maintenance for employment-related matters.
• Internal training delivery and labour law advisory.
• Coordination of termination processes and related documentation.
• Reporting on various HR metrics and providing ad-hoc reports.
• Administration of work permits/visas and employee benefits.
• Continuous improvement and traffic management for the Contact model.
• Additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

What you'll bring:  

• Fluent in English + Czech language knowledge is preferred
• University degree or 2+ years equivalent work experience in HR/People scope
• MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,..
• Experience in working with SAP or other ERP applications is a plus
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong understanding of all people areas (the Czech law) and support tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Highly customer & service-oriented mindset
