The Treasury Management Team is a cross-functional group responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and operational excellence of the organization’s treasury services. This team oversees the full lifecycle of treasury products—from ideation and roadmap development through implementation and ongoing enhancement—ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
The Treasury Management Operations Specialist I is responsible for executing routine operational tasks that support treasury services, including digital banking platforms. This role processes ACH, Positive Pay, and other commercial payment files with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process daily ACH, Positive Pay, and other commercial payment files.
2. Perform data entry and verification in treasury systems.
3. Monitor file transmissions and escalate exceptions as needed.
4. Assist with digital banking support tasks and client file maintenance.
5. Follow established procedures to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
6. Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.
SECONDARY DUTIES
The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking operations or treasury services preferred.
• Basic understanding of ACH and commercial payment processing.
