Was dich erwartet:

• Unterstützung der Exportaktivitäten, insbesondere Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Exportdokumenten für verschiedene Drittländer

• Überwachung und Koordination von Transport- und Lieferterminen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, internen Customer-Service-Teams sowie unseren Lagerstandorten in Deutschland

• Nachverfolgung von Exportsendungen sowie Archivierung der Ausfuhrbescheinigungen und Gelangensbestätigungen

• Unterstützung der Importaktivitäten

• Übermittlung von Verzollungsunterlagen und Zollaufträgen an unterschiedliche Speditionen

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service und/oder Export von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
