Your pool of tasks:

• Be the master of transactions: Issue invoices for our valued customers and ensure timely payments to our trusted suppliers.
• Keep the financial engine running smoothly: Coordinate payroll and taxes, making sure everything is in line with regulations.
• Shine a light on financial insights: Prepare monthly reports that provide valuable insights into our financial performance.
• Team up for success: Collaborate closely with our Global FP&A team on forecasting and budgeting initiatives.
• Keep the books in order: Post entries into our group reporting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Be the guardian of financial integrity: Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Keep the cash flowing: Oversee company cash flow management to ensure financial stability and growth.

Requirements

You will be a match if you:

• Bring your finance expertise: Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis principles.
• Show us your credentials: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Bring experience to the table: 2-3 years of experience in finance roles within private companies.
• Be a spreadsheet wizard: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for crunching numbers and creating reports.
• Understand the rules of the game: Basic understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Let's chat in both Romanian and English: Written and spoken English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or abov and native Romanian are a must.
