Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

• Daily interpretation of customer delivery requirements into shipping schedule utilizing Cumulative Sums (CUM’s).  Monitoring ahead and behind schedule conditions and alert corresponding parties (production, customer). 
• Adjust CUM’s as needed.
• Daily preparation of packing slips, transmitting Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN’s), pick list. 
• Daily contact with customers of Drive Automotive. 
• Daily communication with the scheduler of Drive Automotive to review the delivery requirements and container requirements. 
• Preparing reports required by supervisor and management with regards to shipping schedules both short and long term. 
• Perform other duties as required. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have high school diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
• SAP experience a plus

SKILLS

• Six months related experience and/or training with shipping and receiving
• At least one year of manufacturing experience
• SAP Experience
• Experience dealing with customers and suppliers, preferred

Pay range: $27.11 - $30.03 per hour
