We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a strong commitment to exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team leadership. 

Requirements

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, occupancy rates, and overall profitability.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high service and cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work culture.
• Monitor expenses, optimize cost efficiency, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and employees.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
• Analyze financial reports, manage forecasting, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and engaged.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degreeBachelor’s degree or hospitality management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
