The Lead Wealth Advisor handles escalated customer situations, monitors calls for quality, reviews recommendations in a supervisory capacity, and answers associate inquiries regarding systems and industry knowledge. They are also responsible for ensuring that each element of the Wealth Advisory Team environment is customer focused, regulatory compliant and embodies the Empower culture, vision, value and operating principles.
What you will do:
Develop and share systems and tactical expertise to ensure that advisors can properly handle all tasks associated with their role.
- Creatively consider escalated and/or complex customer situations and work with management to implement solutions.
- Monitor associate phone calls and recommendations for exceptional quality.
- Develop and deliver training and up-skill resources for sales associates.
- Coach, mentor, and cross train new employees as prescribed by Sales Managers.
- Address questions or concerns in relation to customer accounts in accordance with FINRA / SEC guidelines.
- Principal review recommendations and sales to ensure fiduciary duty.
What you will bring:
FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 (or 66) required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
What will set you apart:
2+ years of relatable industry experience and leadership.
- In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and various file manipulation skills on a PC.
- Advocate for customer success in all processes, with proficient communication skills to align, management, associates, and customers.
- A passion for leadership and ability to work through challenging situations.
- Desire to quickly learn and implement new financial tools, computer systems, and conversation expectations.
- Actively facilitates and reinforces a customer-focused culture; employs critical thinking and problem solving while taking a new perspective on existing solutions to promote customer loyalty.
